SOCIALAT POLICY
Refund Policy
This policy sets clear expectations for wallet credits, failed orders, refill requests and payment disputes.
Effective: 8 September 2026
Wallet funding
Successful payment deposits are credited to the matching Socialat wallet. If a verified payment is not reflected, submit a support ticket with the payment reference so it can be reconciled.
Failed or cancelled orders
If an order is rejected before fulfilment, fails at the supplier, or is cancelled by Socialat, the undelivered amount may be credited back to your Socialat wallet automatically. Duplicate credit requests are not eligible.
Completed and partial orders
Completed orders are generally non-refundable. For a genuinely partial delivery, submit an order-linked ticket after the advertised completion window. Where verified, the remedy may be a refill, reprocess or wallet credit for the undelivered portion.
Normal metric fluctuation, algorithm changes, private or deleted targets, changed usernames and overlapping campaigns are not refund grounds.
Refill coverage
A refill is available only when the purchased service displays a refill period. Requests must be made during that period and must meet the service conditions. “No refill”, “stable”, “live only” and similar labels are not refill guarantees.
Withdrawal to original payment method
Wallet balances are normally intended for services and are not cash-withdrawable. Where consumer law or a confirmed processing error requires a payment-method refund, the request will be reviewed and any approved refund may take the payment provider’s normal settlement time.
Chargebacks and review
Contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent or duplicate chargebacks may result in account suspension. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
How to request help
Open a signed-in support ticket, include the order or payment ID, target link, issue and supporting screenshots. Never include passwords, OTP codes, full card details or UPI PINs.
