01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Socialat handles personal information when you visit the website, create an account, place an order, add funds, use support or interact with dashboard features. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions.

02

Information we collect

  • Account data, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers and email-verification status.
  • Order data, such as service, quantity, public target link, price, order status and provider reference.
  • Payment and wallet records, such as amount, currency, transaction reference and payment status. We do not store complete card or UPI credentials.
  • Support data, such as ticket messages, attachments, order references and resolution history.
  • Technical and usage data, such as device and browser details, pages used, timestamps, diagnostics and security-related network information.
  • Information you choose to provide through onboarding, profile, API, notification or other supported features.
03

Where information comes from

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your use of Socialat, and from service providers involved in authentication, payment, fulfilment, email, hosting and support. If you sign in with Google, the authentication provider shares the basic account information you authorise.

04

How we use information

  • Create and secure your account and verify access.
  • Display services, calculate prices, submit orders and track fulfilment.
  • Process payments, maintain wallet and transaction records, and prevent duplicate credits.
  • Send security, order, support and service-update notifications.
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, disputes and technical failures.
  • Operate, measure, troubleshoot and improve the website, dashboard and support experience.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
05

How information is shared

We share only the information reasonably needed for a provider to perform its role. Depending on the feature used, recipients may include:

  • Authentication providers that secure sign-in and verification.
  • Payment processors that authorise and confirm transactions.
  • Service suppliers that need the public target link, service and quantity to fulfil an order.
  • Email, hosting, infrastructure, analytics and customer-support providers.
  • Professional advisers, authorities or counterparties when disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect users, Socialat or the public.
  • A successor organisation in a merger, financing, reorganisation or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
06

AI-assisted support

When AI-assisted support is available, Socialat may send the minimum relevant support question and account-owned context to an AI service provider to draft a response. The assistant is read-only and cannot change wallet balances, complete orders or issue refunds. You can escalate to human support.

07

Cookies and similar technology

Socialat and its service providers may use essential cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, security, preferences and core functionality. Optional analytics or marketing technology, if introduced, will be handled according to applicable consent requirements.

08

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal, accounting or security obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably required, unless law requires longer retention.

09

Security

We use access controls, credential separation, encryption or hashing where appropriate, server-side authorisation, audit records and operational monitoring designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in method secure and contact us promptly if you notice suspicious activity.

10

International processing

Socialat and its service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Data-protection rules can differ by location. Where required, we use contractual or other appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.

11

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some transaction, fraud-prevention and audit records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.

  • Update available profile details through your account.
  • Use the unsubscribe link for optional marketing email, while continuing to receive essential account and transaction notices.
  • Submit a privacy request to updates@socialat.online from the email associated with your account.
12

Children and external links

Socialat is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The service may link to third-party sites and platforms; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy as Socialat, our providers or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date, and material changes may also be announced in the dashboard or by email. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to updates@socialat.online or submitted through the authenticated support desk.
